She laughs and smiles but yet, she cries and moans in seconds after. Never meant to make u sad, never meant to make u cry.

I had promised to make u laugh and I promise to never take
those words back. What should I say to make u see, what
should I do to make u know. Never meant to make u sad,
never meant to make u cry.

I could walk a thousand miles just to give u more, I could write a thousand words just to show u more and even sing a
thousand songs for u to feel it more. Never meant to make u sad, never meant to make u cry.

Just wanna say am sorry. Let me make your heart so firm and sweet. To make u smile and laugh even yet to seconds to come.

What if i derail, would u let me go? At least that easily?
What if i couldn't measure up, would u judge me? At least that quickly?
What if i couldn't say it right, would u dismiss it? At least that
quickly?
What if my legs gave way, would u let me fall? At least that
easily?

Am a man and at times i think like a man, even in His vine
yard.
I know it shouldn't be but at times i look at how my vine yard is fairing.
I water and water and at times i too, get thirsty and sure wish to get some drink.
I have been a foot soldier and until u walk in my shoes, u won't fully understand my rights and my wrongs.

Now in my mistakes i have given my all, what is there to take home with me?
