Look, life isn't a race, it isn't a matter of wasting a year, if I stayed at home, I would have enough time to prepare for another jamb.. .....trust me, if you go for a course you don't like and you don't later fall in love with it.. .....you are gonna regret ever taking it because you are gonna be frustrated along the line. Just tank God 4 ur own buh lemme ask u a question someone who has been looking for admission desperately for 7 yrs u tink if he sees dat English and international studies u spoilt even thou he always wanted English language! Wat do u tink he would do? He's gonna grab it praising God. The guy shuld go for it n he shuld do change of course or take anoda jamb while doing it rather dan waste a year sitting at ome. U tink u gonna do d same job with ur course, many graduate in biochem n odas working as a banker!

That's what I'm trying to let her know......only those that have been there know it. Thehe is nothing more frustrating than taking a course you don't have passion for. ......i will never advise anyone to do that, only people with low self esteem do kowtow

Let me give you an example, I chose ui last year, & I was given a course I didn't even bargain for... I had to forgo it...what really happen many a time Is that many ppl console themselves by saying they would change later on.. Datz an ideology I don't believe in... If you were given a course u have interest in even tho datz not what u applied for, datz a different thing... But a course u don't have an interest in, is a no_no.... Itz better you don't try going for it at all & if u would go, don't put much attention on it, but rather let ur preparation be geared towards achieving your goal in the forthcoming admission exercise
