pls. I just got my Innjoo i2s on Tuesday and I've been locked out of it since DT evening through d password that I set it doesn't accept it again..what can I do to solve my problem . I've tried hard resetting BT d phone doesn't go to hard resetting. can u guys help me on it...or shld I go over to d service center will they help me there ... I really need my phone back

This means you didn't do it... The email retrieval can't work now... It has to be set up when u were securing your phone with the password.

I did all the steps ...i even downloaded the MT6555 VCOM USB, yet my system didnt recognise the innjoo note,...where am i gettin it wrong...pls need urgent help
