This is troubling.

One thing I've never had explained to me by those who insist that (1) there is only one person in recorded history with the name Bola Tinubu, and (2) that this alleged document (which I've never been able to find in any online US legal archives) proves active drug trafficking by said Tinubu: how is it, then that in the years since, Bola Tinubu has been able to freely travel to countries like the USA, Britain and France, while big fish like Pablo Escobar, El Chapo or any of the famous narcotrafficantes never managed this feat? In addition, how is it that Tinubu has publicly received ambassadors from the USA, UK and France at his private residence on Bourdillon, if he really has an American criminal record for drug trafficking? I'm not aware of any other convicted drug lords in living history who have enjoyed such extravagant privileges from the Western world. Is Bola Tinubu just that brilliant and powerful that he's managed to get the entire Western world to give him treatment they never gave the Medellin, Cali or Sinaloa cartels? If so, then perhaps Tinubu truly is the man to deliver Nigerians to the promised land!

Unless one is both highly credulous and totally ignorant of America's drug war history over the last century, this "story" will come across as a ridiculous fabrication with no basis in reality whatsoever. Any halfway intelligent person wishing to tar Tinubu's reputation would be better off sticking to the usual "Alpha Beta" and NURTW stories instead of latching on to such a laughable plotline. Even the "Pandora Papers" story indirectly associating Tinubu with corruption through his London stay in Oyetola's mansion has more credibility to it than this one, as at least the London story is based in truth, even if it's doing no more than insinuating guilt by association.
