Mid sized rapidly growing telecommunication networking company is seeking a Senior IP Network Engineer to contribute to the success in the company's MPLS, IP and Carrier Ethernet Network. Develop network configuration standards - routing, configuration, POP topology, traffic, IP, ISIS, BGP, etc. The ability to monitor IP Network capacity as well as a business minds and ability to convey ideas to customers. Work with Vendors enabling management of quotes, procurement timelines, capacity, standards adherence, performance, etc. Must have strong track record within a telecommunications company environment - IP/MPLS/Carrier Ethernet, etc. Must have the ability to negotiate with peers as to locations, speed - in other words, communications beyond just technical saavy. Obvious thorough understand of communications protocols. like OSPF, VPN, etc. Familiarity with products from companies like Alcatel, Cisco, Juniper. Knowledge of Linux, BSD, Perl, SQL, LuxN in compulsory

Salary: $60,000 -$90,000 depending on your qualification and capacity.
