Are Your asking Nairalanders webmasters to evaluate your site?
If so, Then the best way to have it evaluated is to post her link. (i.e www.yoursite.com)
If your just give us a screen shoot we will only be able to evalute her layout but not her functionality.

The guy up there is looking too serious, a smiling pic of sam adeyemi could do. the indentation for the middle column (authors) not same as others.
