It is time for Rivers people and all inhabitants of the state to come out and choose the right person that will pilot the affairs of Rivers State in the next coming general election. Obviously Rivers state has lately being projected in bad light with so many political brouhaha that have plagued the leadership of the state in the past and in recent times.

All these call for a change in the leadership of the state, an honest leader that will stir up the change it needed, that will transform Rivers State and retrieve the glory of the state. A leader that is ready to accept that he is a servant of the people and not he that impose himself on the people in a rather autocratic manner. A leader that will retrace the lost path to democracy that is bedeviling the state and almost leaving it in the shadow of itself.

To me I believe this is the right time for the true change in the leadership of the state, since in no time from now, all and sundry within stipulated age limit will be going to the polls to choose their leaders.

This is not just a matter of supporting a candidate or whistle blowing as some of you may call it, but a reality facing us and just the right time to say yes with our vote for the right person to take real charge of the affairs of the state, it is a time to say enough is enough, it is a time to support the God chosen one. And yes if you have met him before in person you will agree with me that he is the man.

A young an energetic man, a Christian that strongly believe in the will of God, a true democrat, a simple and a likable man, just name it, he is just the man of the people. We have connected with him recently, we have prayed together with him recently, and we know exactly what we are saying.

you know rivers politics requires more of structure to win an election than credentials , its a bad one for us to see it that way but that's the honest truth , that why you see wike ambition seems to be more alive than any other pdp aspirant, He has the structure!

Come 2015 we will vote Jonathan cuz he is our son not becuz he has done anything , he is actually clueless but we must admit this is politics , even Amaechi can not stand anywhere and ask rivers people not to vote Gej .

But at the state level if Pdp present Wike , & APC present a goat from another tribe APC will carry the day mark my word.

I agree with you that Rivers State politics is mainly based on structure. But I have a question for you if you talk of structure, you cannot bury the upland/riverine dichotomy pattern of leadership that was meant for the state since you and I know that Rivers state is multi-ethnic community with major riverine and upland divisions. And what you should know when you mentioned Wike, do you think an Ikwerre man again will take the seat of power in Rivers State after having Omehia, Ameachi on board the last 9 years of leadership?

Every structure has an antidote, While Wike has Rivers pdp in his pocket the issue of Upland/riverine dichotomy will work against him


Rivers is a pdp state and if pdp shud throwaway the zoning arrangement and give its ticket to wike ( which I see that happening already) then be rest assured that the people of rivers state will rebel against the pdp with our vote
