I was excited by the headline only to find that this declaration was made by the Chairman of the Abia state chapter of the NMA.

He simply lacks the capacity to ensure his declaration becomes effective.

Dr Onwuchekwa is an eloquent,erudite,funny,boisterous,vibrant and gallant physician(a consultant nephrologist). He is a gift to Abia State NMA. He's the chairman of Abia State NMA and also doubles as the president of Aba Sports Club. He's a typical doctor politician. My only annoyance was having to be physically present in that meeting,where the SSG and Minister of Health were celebrating mediocrity by calling Governor T. A. Orji a consensus builder(they call him Ochendo global) chaii!!! Doctors rili fall my hand,no b small.

I hope NMA can keep this promise.....it's time to take your hippocratic oaths seriously.....your job is to save lives not endanger lives by incessant strike actions. Find other means to express your grievances but keep working regardless

The government doesn't care if the people suffer, that's why strikes rarely work, and if they do, it takes too long, and it achieves too little.

Find out what will hurt those in power, and hit them there. They always respond immediately when their relatives are kidnapped. Try that.
