thank you so much,that is what i keep stressing post after post and some ll think im trying to ram my opinions down their throats, we nigerians (including me)are ever so quick to blame our problems on a government we know already r non existent, it took a foreigner to point out an evil going on in our back yard and yet we r still blaming the government rather than doing something about it, check any thread on charity or asking what individual nigerians can do to help the situation and i promise you it wont go past one page but if you want a 10 pages thread just ask whose fault the nigerian situation or any situation in particular is, i pass through a park on my way to town and theres an area with no bins so ppl drop rubbish and papers on the floor just a couple of days ago,i saw a group of retirees with bin bags, they were taping the bin bags to the trees and then picking up the rubbish themselves, one even had a little by with her, that is what i call not waiting for the government, old weak ppl for that matter

How can one bring those perpetrators to justice?

Wow, I was brought to tears at the end watching that poor girl wanting to go home, following her mom, but she couldn't go. There really needs to be severe action to those very very sick individuals who try to hide behind the word of god, to carry out their demon acts. A child is innocent, I can't believe so many people back home can be so naive to torture a child for something they can't explain. This is a travesty, I'm just happy it's exposed, and more action will be done- hopefully. Knowing how stuff works in Nigeria, we may have this problem for 15 more years to come.
