The limousine is the pinnacle of all luxury cars. It allows for the passenger to sit back and enjoy the ride while being entertained by some of the finest features to ever be put into a vehicle. When a limo drives by or pulls over to a curb, everyone looking on knows that the person or persons riding in those back seats are rolling in cash. Limousines can be very pricey investments. They will typically range anywhere from $100,000 to $300,000. However, some people do not feel that the everyday limo is enough to satisfy their needs. Some would prefer something ever more luxurious and are willing to spend a much bigger wad of cash in order to obtain it. All the limos on this list cost at least $1 million to purchase. They are not your everyday limousines. These are highly customized or absolute top-of-the-line models. If they are not one of a kind they are one of just a very limited amount. Companies typically do not produce these cars until they are asked to by a customer because they are very expensive to build and in many cases a buyer will want it customized to his or her specific tastes. In order to accommodate the buyer’s wishes, companies are forced to throw a huge price tag on these vehicles.

10. Lamborghini Aventador Stretch Limo: Value Unknown In 2013, the limousine company Cars for Stars designed the concept for a Lamborghini Aventador stretch limo. The limo would be fitted with Lamborghini’s 6.5 liter V12 engine which pushes up to 700 horsepower. Aside from the looks and power of a Lamborghini, the interior would be custom fitted with everything you would expect from a high-end limo. The rear is designed to fit up to seven people, features an L-shaped couch and has plasma TVs, Ipod hookups, and even a champagne bar. It isn’t a reality yet, and the inevitably steep price tag attached to such a creation might ensure that it never does become one, but we felt it belonged on this list out of pure awesomeness.

7. Maybach Landaulet: $1.4 million Maybach was Mercedes-Benz’s luxury limousine production company until it was ended in 2013. Though their limos were considered more luxurious than Bentleys or Rolls Royces, their high price tags and lack of name recognition caused them to be unable to sell as many models as their competitors. The Landaulet was based on the style of limousines that made Maybach one of the most popular luxury car brands in the 1920s. It used a 62S 612 horsepower bi-turbo V12 engine. The car was famous for its retractable hard roof that allowed for its passengers to soak in the sun if desired. It was fitted with white leather with gold-flecked granite inlays and although not a “stretch” limousine, it still cost about $1.4 million.

5. The Beast: $3 million The Beast may very well be the world’s classiest tank. It was commissioned in 2009 to carry the President of the United States. There are actually twelve of these Cadillac limos and three travel in processions at all times. The one carrying the president is known as Cadillac One. Typically, one of these Cadillac limos would cost about $300,000, but the government has poured in over $3 million into this vehicle to ensure the president’s safety. The Beast is fitted with enough armor to withstand an RPG attack. Since The Beast is classified as a matter of national security it is unknown to the public what the exact capabilities of the car are. It is known that it has firefighting equipment, oxygen tanks and masks, tear gas, and shotguns. However, it is highly rumored that it also has built in grenade launchers.

4. Rolls Royce Phantom Limo: $3.8 million It is probably surprising to see this above the limousine used to drive around the president of one of the world’s most powerful countries, but a version of this limo popped up in China worth around $3.8 million USD. The stock Rolls Royce Phantom is one of the priciest cars in the world to begin with, but this Phantom Limo is fitted with bulletproof armor and a full sized office along with all the luxury features of a Rolls Royce. It has a 6.8 liter V12 engine capable of pushing out 432 horsepower.
