One of Nigeria's challenges is how to provide opportunities for the ever increasing population of of the Unemployed. Over the years till now, efforts of the Government at all levels are grossly inadequate.

Although there have been efforts in most of the very common options, I am hoping in this thread, we can list out some of the most viable ways government at Federal, State and Local Government levels can create jobs and other empowerment opportunities for the masses (especially the Youths).
