I think you have to create a new gmail account and use it for ur blog. Then you'll be able to signup for another adsense account..

Google can not be played been REJECTED is BEST and BETTER ...the issue that is bad is to be BANNED and account DEACTIVATED after approval....So if you have only been rejected, it will come with some admendments expected....correct them and reapply with the initial email or else Google will list you to be suspicious and may block other attempts from you. On my blogger blog, if readers want to comment they will need to have either of the provided account by google before they can comment "comment as" nd i dont like it that way. I want it in a way that u will type your name and comment if u want to comment on any post. Pls i'm inneed of it asap
