Everyone seems to avoid the Islamic undertone of the judgement. To be fair, her Islamic faith and upbringing made her courageous and kind to the extent of wanting her organs donated to those who need it.
Islam in this century is torn between holding on to its classic teachings and imbibing modern reforms. The world is changing and those who resist change get left behind.
Muslims are not the problem. Classic Islam with its teachings on Sharia,and conquest (which was necessary in the time of the prophet) is opposite to modern perception of kindness, proper judgement and peaceful persuasion.
