Job description:

The role exists to provide efficient and effective staffing services to clients and associates.
The Recruitment Specialist will oversee a custom-designed candidate pipelining system that ensures advanced engagement and targeted hiring for clients' open vacancies.
The successful candidate will work with a team to search for and place high quality professional and management level candidates by applying best-practices in recruiting and maintaining excellent working relations with client-side hiring managers, prospective candidates, and the recruitment community in general.
A wide degree of creativity, short and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization are required.



Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
Must be able to manage competing demands, accept feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
Excellent project management, written and oral communication skills
Ability to present new recruiting concepts to business unit leadership and technical communities
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
