Google is releasing an update to its
Google-My-Business mobile app aimed at
making it easier for business owners to
view and respond to customers’ reviews
and, certainly, complaints. Where
formerly the application was a way for
businesses to rapidly update their info,
post to Google-plus and track how
noticeable their business is through
Google sites, with these new
modifications, business owners will be
able to view reviews posted on the net
in real time and reply instantly from their
smartphones.
