former heroes flashed up across their screens. Ex-Gunners’ captains Cesc Fabregas and Robin van
Persie, now currently representing Chelsea and
Manchester United respectively, were seen
embracing at Old Trafford ahead of the weekend’s
headline fixture. Both players left Arsenal in the relative prime of
their careers, and Gooners all over the world – who
still hold a secret place in their hearts for the duo –
will probably have shed a solitary tear after being
forced to see this ‘unnatural’ love-in.
