They get disqualified at the point of registeration and are duly advised to change their courses due to the wrong choice made.

OR

Since V.R= 1/sinØ

SinØ=opp/hypothenuse

SinØ=3/400

SinØ=7.5x10^-3

Recall V.R=1/SinØ

V.R=1/0.0075

V.R=133.33
