When an employee is sexually harassed by employer or fellow colleague. What should be the steps or action to be taken? Another question is who harasses who? Is it the staff that was wearing a too revealing/ overly seductive cloth or the boss that took advantage and smacks her in the Ass? The truth is people have different moral standard and some sees even their wrong actions as a normal thing. I’m not saying that as a justification for doing what is not right. When it occurs, it is important to learn the ways to effectively deal with it. Failing to deal with sexual harassment correctly can result in not getting your claim heard.
