#Doro is a Cheerful giver.....The Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima was pictured splashing N500 notes to primary school students in a well publicized occasion following the repeated Boko Haram attacks in the state..... The gesture by the All Progressives Congress APC governor been labelled by some as a "publicity stunt" with intent to garner more favour for himself in the state... Whatever his motives are, handing out N500 to children is no way to develop a state which has been under constant threats by the Northern insurgents.....
