ok, its d new itel andriod 4.1.2, model it1401. hav done rebooting though did'nt work. tanx alot 4 ur response.

my galaxy s3 did that and i tried all i could but to no avail,until i noticed that the volume down button stucked in and i pulled it out and restart it and it didn't show again.So if it is samsung check ur phone hardware like power,home and volume button if they are stucked in.
