which one will you invest if you have the money,#20million ,for me its properties .Some use to say properties need lot of money,they forget that even the people that make money in stocks does not invest small money.Now in Nigeria,you can invest your the minimum of #3m to #5m on properties and the property will be secure till it will appreciate.
