Please NL I will like to know if NECO result is acceptable for admission in either college or universities abroad.

You mean for undergraduate programme? It depends on your location of 'abroad'. But you'd need your secondary school transcript.
For postgraduate? Not really necessary, just send your university transcripts to your chosen school, pay school fees and sit for SAT.

MANY SCHOOLS IN ABROAD DON'T REQUIRE NECO/WAEC, WHAT THEY MOSTLY WANT IS SECONDARY SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT.
