It is an OK course although its not gonna be a very easy ride. So get ready its not time for doubts.

* Log on to http://www.delsuonline.com

* Generate a virtual pin

* Take the pin to any of the designated banks in ABK

* Pay a sum of N21,000

* Go back to the Cafe to activate your payment

* Print the confirmation letter..

Note: Just go to any cafe in ABK, the cafe attendant will put you through..
