Contrary to claims by some opposition political parties that the recent declaration of President Goodluck Jonathan for the 2015 presidential election was in bad taste, National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Victor Umeh, has said the move was a positive one for the country.

He contended that President Jonathan remained a bridge to national unity. He described those, flaying Jonathan’s declaration for another term, a day after the Potiskum secondary school bomb attack that claimed scores of lives as hypocrites.
