No man who asks for his way ever miss it nor a
man who screams out the truth get lost when
the hawk comes calling. We are at a crossroad
again and an agency meant to protect us is set
to do the bidding of Gov. Emmanuel Uduaghan
into subduing all that I stand for and cow me to
silence.
I have been reliably informed through an
unknown number that the Delta State SSS are
on the look out for me, once I land in any
airport in Nigeria. This is not unconnected with
my latest posts and reports against the State
governor, who I have consistently kicked against
his imposition of a guber candidate on my dear
state.
For the records, before they come calling and
silencing me, I have a conscience of my own,
and not paid by anyone to carry out the
investigations I do. Everything I have reported
and posted on the social media are done out of
my love for my state and not influence by any
monetary actions or political position. I have
thrown a challenge to Nigerians living or dead,
animate or inanimate to make it open if any
have ever paid me to report before or kill
stories for them.
It is saddening enough that a security apparatus
saddled with the responsibility of protecting the
masses will turn the guns and uniforms paid for
with our taxes against men like me that dare to
speak the truth. The Delta State SSS and the DG
SSS are mere mortals who should know that
power is ephemeral and hence should refuse to
be used as tools in the hands of desperate
politicians. Whoever feel offended with any of
my reports and posts should approach the court
for redress or get across to me, not using the
state power.
I refuse to be cowed by such threats and actions
and will always come home to my native land
Nigeria to contribute my own quota and make
sure that we get to our destination. I have
already alerted the international community and
the US State department on this latest
development of threats to my safety once I land
in any airport. The Amnesty International as well
as foreign agencies who I will not disclosed are
already on the look out for when this barbaric
action of theirs will take place.
As a law abiding citizen, I have a right to
freedom of expression and association. Not even
during the military era were ordinary citizens
kidnap at the instance of a military governor as
some of these governors have turned themselves
to. The suspected individuals and two other
governors linked with this plot are already on
the radar of the world. Never again shall
oppression be allowed to take place.
Despite alerting the international community, I
wish to categorically state this time that
whatever happens to me, the Delta State
government and SSS should be held responsible.
While still on the alert, I hereby place a CURSE
on these individuals (security agencies and
assassins) sent on this mission as well as their
sponsors that should a hair of mine fall to the
ground, may they and their generations cease to
live above 15 years. The cry of a male child will
never be heard in their homes and till the end
of time, may sorrow be resident in their
generations. May they be hunted by both beast
and man and remain vagabonds in their own
lands. May blood be their bread and tears their
tea from the moment they strike. This curse
shall never be lifted or broken, no matter the
anointing of the man of God involved.
