A training officer is urgently needed for a security solutions firm.
The candidate must have experience in

1.Planing and identifying training needs of the company
2.scheduling courses for staffs
3.carrying out facilitatory activities
4.General training administration
5.Profer advisory services to management on training needs

Requirement:

---Candidate must be a graduate and not more than 29 years of age
an MBA will be an added advantage.
---must have worked in a HR department and carried out trainig functions in terms
of identification and planing.
---must have at least 4 yrs experience in a well recognised organization.
