Did Lady Gaga have a wardrobe malfunction, or is this just another performance art piece?

The 28-year-old outlandish pop star stepped out dressed as a giant sparkling, inflatable sea urchin en route to the VIP Room in Paris on Monday night. But as she began to walk, her costume started deflating! Mother Monster began as a confident spiky silver star, and ended up looking like a sad disco ball.

Gaga stripped off the costume and continued on in her seashell bra, fishnet stockings and floral underwear.

While the "Born This Way" singer loves to show up in jaw-dropping styles, she recently copied Beyonce's baby bangs look.
