An automobile firm with office in Victoria Island, Lagos requires the services of a qualified persons to fill this position.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the management of the financial activities of the company.
* Implement the company’s financial policies and strategies.
* Ensure the most effective and appropriate use of the company’s finance and funds.
* Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
* Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
* Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
* Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for office imprest and expenditure.
* Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
* Resolve accounting discrepancies.
* Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
* Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum of BSc (Hons.) (Second Class Lower Division) in Accounting or equivalent.
* Membership of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
* At least 5 years’ working experience in a corporate organization.
* Good leadership skills;
* Good interpersonal and management skills;
* Excellent communication skills and effective coordination;
* Ability to work with minimal or no supervision; and
* Viable working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Excel spreadsheets.

Must be Christian
Matured females will be preferred.
