Nigeria's rich mineral resources? If I want to develop mining machinery, do anyone  know if there is no market or not?

What kind of Machinery do you plan on developing? Jaw crushers, Cones or Impact? Feeders, scalpers, scrreens or drills?. or will it be Excavators/Hydraulic shovels, wheel loaders, or dozers? Where will you source the steel from? and what precision tools do you have to shape them? Don't you think a service company will be a good first step to take before contemplating manufacturing?
