Hello , Is there anyone that has problems with refunds from Jumia . They promised to refund my money back in 5 days, this is 3 months and they havent done anything about it . I called twice and all they told me was that they already told their payment partner to refund the money . Do they have an office that I can go and rake them to collect my money . |
