Bullying can jxt not stop cos sm people have it in them to make them feel better when they bully/bring down others..I think it's in a way,a sign of inferiority complex..

For sure , bullying is an act of inferiority complex . It is more like dictatorship . Perhaps , until people learn that respect is earned rather than given , then such evil act will not stop . The civil way to influence , control or dominate others is by exhibiting high moral standard - once someone can respect his/her self , the same act of respect will be willingly reciprocated by anyone around . I write from experience .

Bullying is a mental disorder that makes the oppressor feel high..

It should be discouraged if noticed,its very devastating to the victim..

The Bully believes in bringing someone down to make he/she feel better. Thats inferiority complex.
