An Islamic Cleric, Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi has accused politicians of perpetrating bombings in the north, also slamming the Federal Government for not living up to expectation in its responsibility of protecting lives and Property of its citizens.

Dahiru Bauchi made the accusations yesterday in Bauchi while offering a special prayer for the repose of the souls of victims of the Kano bomb blast.

According to him, “ we heard some politicians were responsible for escalating senseless killings in the north so that there will be insecurity in the country in order not to conduct the 2015 elections, in order for them to remain in power, the killings and insecurity in the north relate with their actions, May Allah not to give them what they want”

“The federal government is not doing enough to see that lives and properties of the citizens are protected; how many soldiers do we have in the country that they cannot contain the insurgents”?

He added his voice to the call on brave hunters to cooperate with military to protect the people, and also advised securities in the Mosques and other places of worship to be more vigilant.

He urged Muslims to intensify prayers and to protect themselves in order to put a halt to the incessant killings in the country.

Maybe what the government should do is place a total ban on hijab and vehicles ( except military vehicles and government provided transport buses for the conveyance of people).

Who is more foolishhh? The politicians using book haram to stop election holding in the north or the northerners who have allowed themselves to be used to destroyed their region?
The fact remains that once the north makes up their mind to stop book haram, the insurgency will stop no matter what the so called politicians being accused say or do. When the Igbo decided they have had enough of kidnapping, kidnapping stopped. When the. Niger Deltans made up their mind to stop militancy, it stopped.
Dahiru Bauchi accused Jonathan from today till 2035, but so long as he and his people provide safe havens for boko haram, they will continue to wreck havoc in the north.
