Check Apk4all .com, you can get it for free there.

After downloading, If the ROM is compressed, as in, the ROM is in .zip or .7z format, first extract it with ZArchiver to your preferred folder. If it's in .iso or .cso just move to your preferred folder. To play, just open ppsspp and look for the file wherever you kept it.

I recommend you create a Separate Folder on your phone where you store all your PSP games.

It's been long(5yrs or so) since i last played it tho... it's an old game.. the graphics are poor if compared to the likes of those modern combat games.. but if you still wanto checkout the game you can download from https://www.andropalace.org/battlefield-bad-company-2-apk-mod/

Yes you can delete it but if you have external hard drive, system or flash drive, it could be kept there for future reference.
