Download canada vpn and OpenVPN for Android on playstore

Now open the canada vpn and click connect wait let it sync wit OpenVPN and let it connect

Now goto settings and clear app data of playstore and clear cache of google services now reopen playstore and search pubg

Download the official english version and enjoy
