What can I say that has not already been said? To say I am furious would be putting it lightly. Our midfield problems reared it's ugly head again. Absolutely no creativity and bite in that midfield. Berlu and Galliani MUST strengthen that position in the summer. Plus Spurs had one thing we lacked last night, Pace. Don't even get me started on the performance of our so called Front three. Anyways here is hoping for a better performance in the second leg. |

Ok so at this crucial stage of the season is where our players have decided to start letting their nerves creep in?? This is ridiculous that Allegri cannot psyche up his players. The inability to see off a useless Bari side at the San Siro that could have given a breather of going 7 points clear is beginning to haunt us already. The 3 flat and defensive midfield trio is definitley not working. A lil bit of creativity is needed now and i suggest Emmanuelson gets the nod to start the derby to give us more thrust on the left. However, my fear is leaving Antonini at the back alone against a rampaging Maicon is a mismatch. Thus Allegri may decide to play d more defensive minded Flamini/KPB there to pin Maicon back. Lucky thing for us is that Lucio will miss the game and Rannochia just picked up a knock preparing for the qualifiers. So Inter may field a CB partnershipo of Cordoba/Materazzi and i'd relish our chances especially if Pato gets fit in time. Cassano must get his "A" game back and Robinho must start putting away this chances. MVB has been okay in front of the defence but 2 costly defensive erros in 2 consecutive games are begii=nning to make me doubt him ooo. We must not thow away this scudetto oo. Not at this crucial stage of the season. We need to take advantage of Inter's divided attention to the UCL as well. Allegri should look for a way to nullify Maicon's runs as he will be looking to provide Pazzo with the crosses. I think Abate should be able to cope with Eto'o FORZA MILAN |

Happy Easter to my fellow Rossoneri faithful!!! To say i was ecstatic with yesterday's result would be putting it mildly. Our seven years of pain, hurt and agony as a result of failing to win the Scudetto seems to have come to an end. What a huge relief!!!. On a side note, i'd like to know what tea Seedorf has been drinking lately cuz I want some of it. Dude has been putting on inspirational performances week after week for about a month or thereabouts now. He is playing like the Seedorf we all used to know and adore. Also another fine display from Thiago Silva at the back. Surely he will win the Serie A defender of the year Award for the 2010/2011 season. He's been simply outstanding. Lasting I hope we can maintain the points difference we have over Milan and Napoli. Definitely don't want to go into the last few games with everything still up in the air. Title must be wrapped up as the earliest possible time to avoid last day drama and heart attack. FORZA MILAN!!! |

We are almost there, Almost there. @Chic2pimp u talk about Thiago Silva being the best defender in Serie A , i say he has been the best central defender in the whole of Europe this season. Save for Vidic at United i dont see any other centreback that comes close. We are almost there. Almost There |
Re: The AC Milan Thread: 2021/2022 Serie A Champions! by chic2pimp(m): 11:27pm On Apr 30, 2011 |
I have to agree with you. He(Silva) has been in the Top 2 or 3 central defenders in the whole of europe this seasn. The other two that I will put right up there are Vidic and Dortmund's Mats Hummels(Lawd knows what i'll give to see this Dude in the Red and Black of Milan next season). P:S Seeing that our closest rivals(Inter and Napoli) won their respective matches, it's an absloute must we win our match vs Bologna tomorrow. Fingers crossed!!! FORZA MILAN!!! |

Thanks Y'all!!!. . . . . . . Seven Years without a scudetto was quite a big deal for a team like Milan but that long suffering period is now over we can now look forward to next season. And with the addition of 3 or 4 real quality signings, we will definitely be a real force in the champions league last season.

MILANOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! We started the really badly but i'm glad with the way things are turning out now. Just a point behind the leaders Juve however having played a game more. Really high hopes this season and was really disappointed with our sluggish start. Glad things have been sorted out since. The Usual suspects have been irrepressible once again this season. The Likes of Thiago Silva, Nesta(when Fit) and Ibra. I've been a tad disappointed with the forms of both Boateng and Robinho though. Was really expecting more from them this season. Hopefully they'll improve as the season goes along and what better way to start than the game vs Barcelona. Though I must admit not really looking forward to the Barca Game. Barca would definitely dominate our lethargic looking midfield(like they don't always dominate every other midfield anyways) and it's up to the whole team to try and disrupt their fluid passing game(starting from Ibra and robinho/Pato). Really don't mind seeing the odd niggling tackle here and there. Berlu ousting from the Italian hot seat might actually be a blessing a disguise. Milan could become his no1 priority again(though i don't see that happening ). Finally, all Rossoneri Fans worldwide wish Antonio Cassano a speedy recovery. He is in our thoughts and prayers. Shame really as he was only starting to get his form back and was looking like a key player not only for Milan but also for the Azzuri come EURO 2012. Get well soon. To be my faithful Rossoneris, all there is left for me to say is FOOOOORRRRRZZZZZZZZZZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA MILANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!! |
