Deputy speaker, Federal House of Representatives, Honourable Emeka Ihedioha has attributed the suspension of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primaries in Imo State, which was slated to hold Wednesday, to fears by the party that he was a strong contender for the governorship seat of the state.

Ihedioha who stated this yesterday at the closing ceremony of a 3 day workshop organised for journalists in the state, averred that the opposition party see him as the most popular and acceptable aspirant among others in the race.

The deputy speaker, who expressed optimism that he would be victorious in the forthcoming governorship primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), added that he is the most qualified for the position following his track record of achievements for the party as well as the goodwill of residents of the state.

“I will win the PDP governorship primaries, because I am the most prepared. Today, I am the reason why APC is not having their governorship primaries.

Though a PDP member, this man talks like an APC member. I guess he is towing the line of his boss tambuwal. Too noisey for me.

Then again, this is a challenge to the APC.

Anything to incapacitate Rochas suits me fine.

those of u who lynched tambuwal for stooping so low to want to contest governorship of his state are now celebrating his deputy without such complain u put out against Tambuwal.
Only apc members talk like this. I guess fayose, shema, sule lamido, obj, babangida Aliyu, chime, maku, okupe , ffk, keita etc are all member of pdp.
