It’s finally here! The Mr Oreo workout. We have been working on this one since Iyanya and Selebobo unleashed this hot track smiley, and I know you’ll enjoy this amazing workout smiley

Two words to describe this one: Leg day and agility (or 3 words, hehe). A great way to improve coordination is through agility training. Watch out for quick movements and transitions, and try to focus more on the rhythm while you go through those moves. Also, check out the KNEE REPEATER in this one. A great way to build strength in the legs. Brace your abs for balance and sit low to feel the burin the supporting leg. The key: No bouncing. Feel free to do this routine on the floor. Adding the step bench increases the intensity of the workout.
