Dude, its NOT in our hands! The pdp rigging machinery is too strong to fight off! You cast your vote, you stay back for 4hrs until the votes are counted; then it goes into INEC office and the story changes.

Meanwhile, Messr Ngwakwe, is this the 'Ngwa' man you guys presented?
Is there a special reason why it is so strong in Abia alone?
Think.

ormios234:
I think INEC can better help to stabilize our nations democracy. I am proposing that INEC makes it strictly mandatory for all politicians that:
1. Any body joining a political party should have joined for at least four months before being allowed to contest for any electoral position if he or she was not a member of any political party. People should not just join a party and be contesting straight away. They should have stayed with the party for a while, understood their ideology and worked with the party before benefiting. This will make politicians loyal to their party and reduce violence.
2. Any member joining a political party should have joined for at least seven months before being allowed to contest for any electoral position if he or she was a member of any other political party defecting and had earlier resigned his seat if holding any previously elected position. This will reduce violence and also make politicians work for their party.
3. Any member joining a political party should have joined for at least four years before being allowed to contest for any electoral position if he or she was a member of any other political party defecting and HAD NOT earlier resigned his seat if holding any previously elected position. If you can't force a sitting political office holder out of seat for one one reason or the other like case being in court for instance, it should be at least four years before such persons can contest for electoral positions.

These should be INEC's rule for qualification for electoral positions to reduce further violence and blood shed.
I'm with you on the first point. It's ridiculous that someone defected to another party within 24 hours and clinched a ticket there.

Think.

Its common in states where there's no strong institutions; all the small structures available have been hijacked by the government; vis-à-vis NBA, NLC, NURTW, TUC, ALGON, NMA and what have you.

What is happening in Cross-River. I'm asking because its one state where the contest is real owing to a somewhat weak incumbent in Imoke.

I am sorry, it seems like you are just giving excuses.
Please Abia state people should not disturb us with their incessant online and offline whinning again if they allow another T.A. Orji in disguise to rule, you guys should suffer and die in silence this time.
I just hope not many Abians are thinking like this anyway.
