Job Title: Logistics and Admin Officer

Logistics and Admin Officer will be responsible for logistics and admin tasks under the supervision of Operations Manager with technical support from Logistics and Finance department. He will provide all logistical, admin and finance related support to the field teams. He will be responsible to coordinate with Procurement and Logistics Officer for all major procurements, policy guidance and technical support.

Duties
1. Maintain a proper/efficient filing system to ensure smooth running of the operations and maintain a repository of all logistics and administrative documents.
2. Maintain an updated list of staff in the office and monitor leaves & attendance; ensure effective record keeping of monthly attendance and leave record and coordinates with the concerned unit/manager for action.
3. Arrange payment of utility bills and maintain track record of all these payments.
4. Carryout local procurement (for project and office supplies) through our standard procurement policy and process with proper documentation.
5. Maintain local suppliers list both for routine and emergency supplies and conduct regular market surveys and update the list.
6. Any other task assigned by the supervisor and / or management

Maintain record of the rental properties, process payment as per agreement and alert Procurement and Logistics Officer to negotiate renewal of the contracts using in timely manner.

Act as a front desk/customer relationship officer providing desired information to the visitors, suppliers etc.
