Hello guys.. its been quite a cold and busy semester for me here with lots of assignments and presentations. Congrats to all those who have gotten their Trvs and medical calls. To those who were delayed, winners never quit and am sure you know this. Pls re-package your app and am sure you'll be fine. Just a quick question. Am planning to invite my hubby actually, but has anyone applied for a spousal visa within the last one month and has gotten a reply, and if yes, what was the processing time like? Your kind and prompt responses will be highly appreciated. Btw where is Chrigogogo , Divinetunes, Amefrica and Slimdel.. av really missed you guys tho..lol |

toucheli: Please Toucheli, did u do an upfront medical examination? Cos i m hoping mine can be as fast as urs. I applied online, attached my poilce character certificate and eMedical sheet, and I have also paid my tuition fees for the Winter term. What else did u do that you think made urs this fast. I know its God ultimately but just enlighten me about the things you did dt u felt made it quick. |

Pls House help..I got admission for Fall 2015, Niagara but the school say I need to pay some part of the fees before they can guaranty me a seat in the program. They sent me just letter of acceptance. I want to know if it's safe to apply for Visa with just the acceptance letter without fees paid. Will it dent my chances of getting Visa if I don't pay the fees at all..the school says deadline for part payment is May30th |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by gabialonso(m): 10:50pm On Dec 19, 2014 |
kennybravo1:You can apply as soon as u're able 2tackle the reason(s) that has been stated for your denial. In your case, a well constructed statement of purpose detailing your reason(s) for travelling might make the difference. |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by vinnygod: 10:53pm On Dec 19, 2014 |
Dazlinga:if the condition stated in your offer of admission required you make some part payment. it will be in your best interest to comply, that will also boost your chances |

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by gabialonso(m): 10:57pm On Dec 19, 2014 |
Dazlinga:payment of tuition has never been an assurance to getting Visa only that some persons are of the opinion that it shows some sort of financial commitment more so, when you are not a direct dependant of your sponsor. 2 Likes |

chuckie414:Since ur sponsor's statement of account do fall short to 500k b4 the end of the month, that means he has many dependants, will advice u get a co-sponsor,(Travel history, length of proposed stay and purpose of visit)...These can be tackled in ur SOP...Hope ur intended course of study is related to ur work experience?..(Your Employment situation,Personal asset and Financial status)...Add ur employment details which entails your employment letter, payslips and leave letter, also ur landed properties cert. in ur next application...Finally in addition to ur uncle's CSCS online statement, add his statement of stock transaction and letter of introduction from his stock broker... |

Please guys in the house, what are the docs that should be downloaded from CIC for paper app. I saw family info form, document checklist and application for study permit. Do we also need to download application for temporary resident visa ? |
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by Joe980: 12:15pm On Dec 20, 2014 |
checkyink:IMM1294E (Application for study permit), IMM5645E (Family information), IMM5483E (Document checklist). Form IMM5257B_1 (Application for temporary resident visa...Schedule 1) is optional. Check if it is applicable to you. I didn't submit it though. |
