The just concluded PDP primaries in Imo State
have just proven how unlawfully senator
Araraume has been maltreated in PDP over the
years.
It is a shame that those who tried to rig out this
noble son of Okigwe are actually the people
whose delegates list were successfully endorsed
by the PDP National Working Comittee.
Senator Araraume who started his consultation
with the delegates 7 days before the primaries
scored 336 votes against Ihedioha's 325,
Ohakim's 213 and other aspirants who got 46
and below.
The total number of accredited delegates is
1017 and the total number of votes scored by
Senator Araraume and other contestants
excluding Emeka Ihedioha is 681, void votes 11
and the remaining is 325 after these
subtractions. If the Total number of accredited
voters equals to 1017 and senator Araraume
and other aspirants scored 681 with a void vote
of 11 where then did Ihedioha get 346?
Senator Araraume scored 336 votes
Emeka Ihedioha scored 325 votes
Ikedi Ohakim scored 213 votes
other aspirants shared 132 votes
With 11 voids.
Therefore, with the figures above,
Senator Araraume won Emeka Ihedioha and the
Original result will be announced today by 10:00
pm channels and subsequently with other
Television Authorities tomorrow.
