Cameroonian soldiers have killed over 180 insurgents who are alleged to be members of the dangerous Boko Haram sect in the northern part of the nation. A military source told Chinese news agency, Xinhua, that the militants were killed during attack at Amchide, an area bordering Nigeria, at about 8pm on Thursday night. He continued and said that over 400 insurgents had attacked the defence and security forces, the report added.
