INTRODUCTION

Sin is simple as it sounds is the most complicated & difficuld to do away with once your are acquainted with it.
From generation to generation Sin brings men,town,city,nation & the world at large down & cause a total destruction of the earth then.It is a multifaceted adorned grave of shinning stones but filled with rotten flesh & stinky bones.
Sin comes in much adorned & appealing almost irresistitible form;like a Lady betrayed by her bf but went ahead to marry the guy dressed gorgeously with the intent of "let me get in first then i deal with his clumsy head".If sin has come as what it is men will have no interest it; for sin is death & no man will choose to die,so it comes with pleasure,seduction creating great desires out of man to pin them down.
Men tried their best to fight Sin they knew its a war but they are helpless as well as clueless; unable to recognize sin makes it difficult to fight sin.Men cried out "Who will deliver me from tis body of sin?"
Glory be to the Lord Jesus Christ who came into the world to destroy the work of Satan which is sin and break its bond thereof over you and me.

Christ was tempted yet without Sin that is where he defeat sin once & for all.And this He said "He that believes in me greater work than this He will do" Did you believe in Jesus? What is your believe in him? If your believe in him is this "Jesus is my Lord and Saviour,the Christ,the Son of God who died for my sin and ressurect that i may live" then I say to you what the Scripture says which leave me not at the mercy of sin but give me dominion nd strengthen me to keep going "Sin no longer have dominion over you" If you have not believe this Fact about Jesus i say to you to believe for it is the only escape from that monster SIN.
Its wonderful to tell what God have done for me and to help others too with what help me to overcome besetting sins.Here are some steps to help overcome sin.May the Lord be with us.Amen.

1. KNOW WHO YOU ARE: "If anyone is in Christ He is a new creature old things have pass away everything have become New" Let me tell you little of your old nature: your old nature is born of the blood(which prompts you to sin),of flesh(which helps you accept the prompt to sin) and of spirit(which agree and consent bearing witness to ur sinful deeds).Now ur spirit lives in your flesh i.e you are controlled by ur flesh but not ur spirit which is ur real you.But when u come to Christ u become a new creature; Born of God(His Holy nature rejecting sin) & of His Spirit(power over sin),Your flesh now lives in your Spirit i.e you have dominion over your flesh.If u have given ur life to Christ you r no more slave of sin,not clueless,helpless & of course hopeless but rather a son of God,with authority and power to resist and overcome sin.No longer enemy of God but friend of God Almighty.But if u hv not given ur life to Christ then u r still the old creature at the mercy of sin. Now the question is who are you? If u believe the aforementioned fact in the Introduction then your answer should be?Yes! Son of God.

2.RECOGNIZE THE BESETTING SIN: You can only fight or rerist what you find a threat to you. Apostle Paul was very direct in recognising his sin "I persecute the Church of God".It may be Lust,Stealing,lieing,Fornication or the minor but major though often neglected sin PRIDE. He that keep girlfriend did not understand that its a simple and open doorway to fornication but He recognize this as friend,If he sees it as threat He keeps a distance from it.You can't resit what you see as friend but only what you see as enemy.You want to overcome besetting sin?
