the song is by a group called Magic systems , the song is quite popular its been out for some years now, 9jerians went beserk when it 1st came out . can't decipher the language but its a nice song though, got it on ma ipod its a nice "shake your junk " song

It's French ( mixed with cote d'ivoirian, african creole i think)
you can go on babel fish to translate it to english but the result might not make complete sense but it gives you the idea (that's what i did. but i tried to figure some of it out myself though).
