I have just come across this publication as seen below. I have taken out time to do a little investigation about the properties and I have proofs showing that the developers of the Monan Estates are working with the backing of the state government and ministry of lands, I am attracted by their instalment payment options. They mentioned that they had a false controversy over the property in Sangotedo but have resolved it a long time ago, however I think it is prudent for me to ask if anyone has any reservations why I should not patronize them.
