For the principle of egalitarian society, VIN is optional for Nigerian used cars since it's as good as no info for long used naija cars, though could be added advantage for car not used for long in Naija.Moreover the car could actual worth the price, it all depends on inspection and how fast he wants to sell the car.

this car was bought around 2004, so i guess the VIN number would be of little use.

it has a six c.d changer,

You people are low balling him, at that price, it is a steal I mean you practically robbed him with N1m if you paid that for the car.

unless there is an undisclosed issue which I doubt(not unless one of our mechanics has been experimenting grin)

I've seen 2002 accords go for way more than this.
Its 4 cyl and its a clean BMW take a look if you need a car

yes it has a six cd changer,  it's in the boot,
as for the fixing, the answer is no, i think i'm being fair offering this car at this price, i know it costs around 8k to buy from mushin,

My people have been conditioned to think anything Nigerian is horrible. That is why this car has been in the market for this long. Why cant interested people inspect the car with paid competent mechanic?
