blessedvisky:the picture means that, your sleeping at night because your eating during the day time, if you should start eating only at night selecting the time you eat during day time, your internal body clock will reset itself, and will see your morning of 7a.m to be 7p.m instead meaning you will start sleeping only during the day time and be awake during the night period and your night periods will turn to day |
