He wasn't used neither was he dumped. Politics is a game of number. Ameachi will not even be able to win rivers state for APC. So, why not give reasons why he should have been given the ticket. He will play a very key role in buhari's govt same with fashola. Two many good candidates were available for that position but ameachi would not be able to bring the desired nos of votes to displace pdp. SE and SS are already locked down for gej. Amaechi suppporters in these region are in the minority.

The sacrifice N nationalistic tendencies of each and every leader in the APC is worthy of commendation and will forever be remembered in the annals of our country.

From Tinubu to Amaechi to Atiku to Kwankwaso to okorocha to the unsung heroes like udoedeghe in Akwa Ibom, the candidates who stepped down for gemade, tambuwal, ortom in Benue, and many others, the party and history will forever be fair on you.

The race to get PDP out of the centre isn't a mere walk in the park, it takes sacrifice and commitment to the course and one feel so happy the way things are falling in place without any cry of disappointment.

Long live the progressives, this party has really shown what it takes to be a political party.

Fashola stand no chance due to Muslim Muslim ticket, Oshimole too is a serving Gov so he is not that keen, people just mention his name should in case.
