After being hammered 4-0 by London club Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday night and also lost their third choice goalkeeper Jak Alnwick to a shoulder injury, Newcastle would be appealing to the Premiership governing body to allow them sign an emergency goalkeeper to help them shore up their team in the face of their goalkeeper crisis.
