I believe I can find someone who can help me with this assignment. D question goes thus: Although it is true dat relevancy is the paramount test of admissibility, there are also provisions in certain other legislations which make a document which is relevant and admissible wholly inadmissible. Outline these provisions or enactments and discuss their relevant sections in details. Refer to case law and statutory provisions. Please I'll be very grateful if I can get help from a lawyer or a learning colleague. No contribution is too small. God Bless. |
